About the role

As a Crew Member at Wendy’s you will join a fast‑paced restaurant team that serves fresh, quality food to guests. You will work on‑site, learning the basics of food preparation, customer service, and restaurant operations from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items following Wendy’s brand standards.
• Operate restaurant equipment such as registers, headsets and grills.
• Serve customers with a friendly attitude and ensure a clean dining environment.
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
• Assist teammates during busy periods and help maintain smooth workflow.
