About the role

Join Chipotle’s restaurant team as a Crew Member and help deliver real, responsibly sourced food in a fast‑casual environment. You will work on various stations, interact with guests, and contribute to a friendly dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare food by hand at stations such as grill, prep, salsa, and expo.
• Operate the cash register and handle customer orders efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dishwashing duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Required profile

• Friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
• Passion for helping and serving customers and teammates.
• Desire to learn cooking and food‑preparation techniques.
• At least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
