About the role

Chipotle is looking for enthusiastic crew members to join its restaurant teams across the United States. As a crew member you will help prepare fresh, responsibly‑sourced food, serve guests, and keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items by hand at stations such as grill, prep, salsa, and expo.
• Operate the cash register and handle digital tip processing.
• Provide friendly, fast, and accurate service to guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dishwashing and sanitation tasks.
• Follow food safety and Chipotle’s quality standards at all times.

Required profile

• Friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
• Passion for helping customers and teammates.
• Willingness to learn cooking and food‑preparation techniques.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location.
