About the role

As a Crew Member at Wendy’s you will join a friendly team that serves fresh, quality food to guests in a fast‑paced restaurant environment. You’ll work on the floor, behind the counter and in the kitchen, ensuring every customer receives quick, courteous service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items and assemble orders following Wendy’s brand standards.
• Operate restaurant equipment such as grills, registers and headsets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Stand and move throughout the shift to support service flow.
• Provide friendly, accurate service to guests and address any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and willingness to help teammates and customers.
• Eagerness to learn new tasks and follow procedures.
• Reliability and the ability to correct problems when they arise.
