About the role

A Five Guys Crew Member provides friendly customer service while preparing fresh burgers, fries and other menu items according to company standards. Crew members work in a fast-paced team environment so that customers receive quality food, accurate orders and a clean dining experience. The position is part-time, with pay starting at $15.00 per hour plus tips and bonus.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet customers and take orders accurately using the register.
  • Prepare burgers, fries and other menu items following Five Guys standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area and restrooms.
  • Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Work with teammates to provide fast, friendly service.

Work environment

  • Busy restaurant setting with frequent standing and movement.
  • Exposure to kitchen equipment such as grills and fryers.
