About the role
Join Wendy’s as a Crew Member and work any shift that fits your schedule. You’ll be part of a fast‑paced team delivering great food and friendly service to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Operate restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers and grills.
- Prepare menu items following Wendy’s brand standards.
- Serve customers promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Stand and move throughout most of the shift.
Required profile
- A positive attitude and willingness to help teammates and guests.
- Eagerness to learn new tasks and improve performance.
- Proactive problem‑solving – if something isn’t right, you fix it.
