Crew Leader – Landscape Maintenance & Driver

About the role

Sunrise Landscape is seeking a Crew Leader to manage a team of landscape crew members delivering high‑quality maintenance services at commercial client properties in Bradenton, FL. This hands‑on role combines field work with leadership, safety oversight, and accurate production tracking using the Aspire system.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily crew activities, conduct pre‑shift meetings, and ensure routes are completed safely and efficiently.
• Accurately clock in/out and assign job codes in Aspire, tracking hours, service notes, photos and materials.
• Operate company vehicles and landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, edgers) while performing tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning and debris removal.
• Enforce safety standards, report incidents, and promote a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Communicate progress, issues and client needs to Operations leadership and resolve any Aspire reporting discrepancies.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of landscape maintenance experience; crew lead or senior crew experience preferred.
• At least 18 years old, legally authorized to work in the United States, and possess a clean U.S. driver’s license for a minimum of three years.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational abilities with a commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in hot, humid or rainy conditions and lift 30+ lb repeatedly.

Required skills

• Operation of landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers and edgers.
• Use of mobile devices or tablets for Aspire time and production tracking.
