Creator & Partner Manager, Corporate Social Responsibility

About the role

The Creator & Partner Manager will lead TikTok’s global creator and partner strategy within the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team. Reporting to the Global Head of Product Impact, you will work across regions to build and scale creator‑driven social impact programs that generate measurable community outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a worldwide creator and partner strategy aligned with TikTok’s Social Impact & Sustainability pillars.
• Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with creators, nonprofits, civil‑society groups, and industry allies.
• Collaborate with regional teams to adapt global initiatives to local market needs.
• Lead end‑to‑end partnership development, including briefing, coordination, activation, and performance tracking for campaigns and events.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, oversee budgets, and report ROI on all creator and partner investments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, business development, or nonprofit partnership management.
• Deep knowledge of the TikTok/short‑form video creator ecosystem and nonprofit partnership models.
• Track record of delivering measurable impact or business outcomes through strategic collaborations.
• Strong relationship‑building, negotiation, and cross‑cultural communication abilities.
