Creative Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Strategist to lead performance‑driven creative development across our portfolio of direct‑to‑consumer brands. Reporting to the CMO, you will translate customer insights, brand positioning and performance data into actionable creative concepts that are tested, measured and iterated.

Key responsibilities

• Research customer pain points, motivations and buying triggers and synthesize findings into creative angles.
• Develop continuous pipelines of hooks, concepts and campaign briefs for designers, video editors and AI‑based creators.
• Collaborate with Meta, TikTok, Google and other paid‑media specialists to align creative testing with media strategy.
• Work with CRO and Shopify teams to understand landing‑page behavior and identify conversion opportunities.
• Maintain a structured testing roadmap, prioritize production, and review creative assets before launch.
• Analyze performance results, extract learnings and feed them back into the next iteration of creative ideas.

Required profile

• Proven experience in performance‑creative strategy for D2C or e‑commerce brands.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into creative insights.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with media, product and brand teams.
