Creative Strategist, Consumer Growth Marketing

About the role

This position sits at the intersection of creativity, data, and performance marketing, turning storytelling into measurable growth for consumer‑focused apps. You will lead the development of high‑performing creative across paid media and app‑growth channels, collaborating with brand, product, and growth teams in a fast‑paced, experimentation‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative strategy for static, video, dynamic and emerging ad formats across performance and brand campaigns.
• Translate audience insights, product knowledge and performance data into high‑converting concepts and test hypotheses.
• Partner with internal (Brand, Product, Growth, ASO) and external teams to brief, review and refine creative assets.
• Build and manage structured testing frameworks, creative playbooks and experimentation roadmaps.
• Monitor campaign and creative performance, analyze results and iterate strategy.
• Leverage AI tools and analytics platforms to accelerate ideation, production workflows and performance analysis.
• Stay ahead of platform trends, competitor activity and algorithm changes.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing or growth‑focused advertising, preferably in consumer tech or agency settings.
• Hands‑on experience with paid media platforms such as Meta, Google App Campaigns/UAC or Apple Search Ads.
• Understanding of ASO principles and experimentation methods for app‑store creative optimization.
• Strong blend of creative intuition and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to align cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Highly organized, adaptable and comfortable managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
