Creative Services Project & Production Manager

About the role

The Creative Services Project & Production Manager will lead end‑to‑end creative production for Torchy’s Tacos, focusing on print and in‑restaurant materials. This role balances creative problem‑solving with disciplined project management to deliver flawless execution from concept through installation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative services projects from initiation to completion, building detailed timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Oversee print production for all in‑restaurant and marketing assets, managing design handoff, vendor proofing, printing, shipping and installation.
• Partner with agencies, print vendors and freelance designers, negotiating costs, managing contracts and ensuring brand compliance.
• Manage the field‑based creative request system and the Creative Ad Builder tool, routing requests, maintaining templates and supporting field marketing teams.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, brand, culinary and operations teams to align creative output with business objectives.
• Identify and resolve production challenges, recommending innovative and cost‑effective solutions.
