Creative Project Manager

About the role

Bumble's Creative Studio is expanding rapidly and needs a Creative Project Manager to keep global creative projects on track. You will act as the bridge between the creative team and marketing stakeholders, ensuring briefs move smoothly from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of creative projects, from brief intake to final delivery.
• Set up kick‑off calls, clarify deliverables, and build detailed work‑back plans with timelines and milestones.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day contact for marketing stakeholders, providing status updates and coordinating reviews.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, capture actions, and follow up to maintain momentum.
• Field questions and feedback, triage issues, and route them to the appropriate creative team member.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities.
• Collaborate with Creative Operations to flag capacity or timeline risks early.
• Maintain Asana as the single source of truth for all active projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in‑house.
• Strong understanding of how creative projects are structured and delivered.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior marketing stakeholders.
