Creative Production Manager

About the role

The Creative Production Manager leads the barre3 creative team in delivering premium digital workouts, brand marketing campaigns, and omnichannel digital content. Reporting to the Director of Product, this role ensures every piece of content offers a seamless, intuitive experience for consumers who rely on tech‑enabled flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of content production, from concept and budgeting to final delivery.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement best practices to increase production value.
• Partner with Product leaders to align digital content with the product roadmap and hybrid integration strategy.
• Manage all phases of brand and campaign photo‑shoot production, including budgeting, scheduling, location scouting, and vendor coordination.
• Act as the primary producer on set, overseeing timelines, crew, and talent while the videographer handles technical execution.
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with photographers, stylists, makeup artists, casting agencies, and freelance crew.
• Track and reconcile budgets, flag risks early, and identify cost efficiencies.
• Ensure brand aesthetic continuity in partnership with the Director of Brand & Creative.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end digital content production.
• Strong organizational and budgeting skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate closely with product, brand, and creative teams to translate vision into operational reality.
• Excellent on‑set leadership, capable of directing crew and talent to achieve authentic performances.
