Creative Producer

About the role

Social Discovery Group is seeking a Creative Producer to lead the end‑to‑end production of user‑acquisition (UA) ads, primarily on TikTok. You will work remotely with a global team, turning data‑driven ideas into high‑performing creative assets that drive growth across multiple products.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full creative production cycle for TikTok ads, from brief creation to final asset delivery.
• Translate performance data into clear, actionable briefs that guide freelancers and internal teams.
• Provide reasoned feedback and explain the rationale behind creative changes.
• Contribute to creative strategy using market analysis tools and internal UA reports.
• Maintain a library of best‑practice guidelines for external agencies and freelancers.
• Collaborate closely with UA, designers, editors, and AI teams to ensure fast, scalable production.
• Align priorities and timelines with stakeholders to keep iteration loops short.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in performance‑marketing creative production, especially for TikTok.
• Proven portfolio of high‑performing creatives with significant UA spend.
• Strong understanding of UA metrics (CR, CPA, ROAS) and how creative impacts them.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.

• Classic production pipelines for UGC and AI‑UGC content
