Creative Director

About the role

ClickHouse, the world’s fastest analytical database, is seeking a Creative Director to shape its brand expression across marketing. The role focuses on developing creative ideas, improving the quality of marketing work, and elevating the company’s presence in campaigns, launches, and events. You will partner closely with the Head of Design and marketing leadership to bring concepts to life.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts for campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Guide the evolution and visual consistency of the ClickHouse brand.
• Provide creative direction for product launches, campaigns, and events.
• Collaborate with demand‑generation, field marketing, and other marketing teams.
• Work with designers to execute ideas with high‑quality visual output.
• Raise the overall creative standard of all marketing work.

Required profile

• Strong experience in brand, campaign, or marketing creative roles at a SaaS company.
• Portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking and successful campaign work.
• Ability to translate ideas into clear visual direction.
• Excellent visual and conceptual skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams and presenting concepts.
• Interest in a technical, product‑led environment; agency or campaign‑driven experience is a plus.
