Craft Recruiter

About the role

R.R. Cassidy is looking for a Craft Recruiter to lead the hiring and onboarding of skilled craft and field personnel across the organization. You will partner closely with operations leaders to ensure workforce needs are met efficiently and in compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for craft, field, and operational positions.
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, networking, recruiting events, and other channels.
• Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and support hiring decisions with operational leaders.
• Build and maintain pipelines to meet current and future workforce demands.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, ensuring all employment documentation is accurate and complete.
• Review new‑hire paperwork for compliance and coordinate background checks, drug screens, and employment verifications.
• Maintain applicant tracking system records and track recruiting metrics for workforce planning.
• Support job fairs, workforce development programs, and community outreach initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or workforce development.
• Experience recruiting for construction, industrial, skilled‑trade, or field‑based positions is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems.
