About the role

Join Marshall Dennehey’s Philadelphia team as a Coverage Attorney, where collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth are core priorities. You will work on a blend of analytical writing, research, hands‑on litigation, and direct client interaction, representing insurance companies on a wide range of coverage matters.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and draft coverage opinions and pleadings.
• File declaratory judgment actions and defend coverage and bad‑faith suits.
• Conduct legal research and produce high‑quality written work.
• Assist senior attorneys in trial preparation and advocacy.
• Interact with clients to understand and address coverage questions.

Required profile

• Strong analytical thinking and excellent legal writing abilities.
• Interest in both analytical work and trial advocacy.
• Bar admission in Pennsylvania; dual licensure in New Jersey is a plus.
• Willingness to work in Philadelphia (or Mt Laurel, NJ) and develop case‑management skills.
