Country Manager USA – B2B

About the role

Simatec Inc., the US subsidiary of a Swiss family‑owned leader in lubricant dispensers and high‑tech maintenance solutions, is seeking a Country Manager for the United States. Reporting to the European CEO, you will be based in Charlotte, NC and be responsible for driving double‑digit growth across the US market.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations and ensure alignment with corporate strategy.
• Spend at least 50% of time on sales activities with key customers and new business development.
• Lead, coach and develop a commercial team of 12‑15 members covering sales, service and warehousing.
• Define and monitor operational KPIs, budget, and financial targets.
• Coordinate strategic initiatives and reporting with headquarters in Switzerland.
• Develop and expand distribution channels and indirect sales networks.

Required profile

• Minimum of 7 years of senior‑level commercial leadership experience, preferably in B2B industrial markets.
• Demonstrated record of profitable growth and operational excellence.
• Strong ability to manage cross‑functional teams and coordinate processes across an organization.
• Experience selling directly and through channel partners, with a focus on building distribution networks.
