Counterintelligence Analyst – Top Secret/SCI (Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling)

About the role

The Counterintelligence Analyst will support Air Force Special Access Program (SAP) security operations, providing day‑to‑day multi‑disciplinary analysis of highly classified programs. The role is based at Joint Base Anacostia‑Bolling and requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance with eligibility for a Counterintelligence polygraph.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and evaluate security and viability of highly sensitive Air Force and DoD programs, especially SAPs.
• Review and coordinate classified proposals, ensuring compliance with AF, DoD, and federal policies.
• Research, analyze, and produce written recommendations on security, counterintelligence, and signature‑reduction issues for senior leadership.
• Identify potential security vulnerabilities, assess threats, and prepare future threat analysis assessments.
• Provide prompt subject‑matter expertise and customer support to accomplish mission objectives.
• Coordinate sensitive activities without disclosing national‑security intent, capabilities, or vulnerabilities.

Required profile

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility.
• Eligibility for a Counterintelligence polygraph.
• Demonstrated experience in counterintelligence analysis within Air Force or DoD environments.
• Strong knowledge of security directives, regulations, and instructions.
• Ability to produce clear, concise analytical reports for senior leaders.
