Corporate Transactional Associate Attorney

About the role

Our firm, Abrams Law, is a full‑service practice with over 120 attorneys. We are seeking a Corporate Transactional Associate Attorney to join our Lake Success office and support a diverse portfolio of corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate NDAs, commercial sale agreements, vendor contracts and related transactional documents.
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions, including due‑diligence and post‑closing integration.
• Provide clients with advice on contractual provisions, compliance issues, risk mitigation and legal assessment.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and business professionals to develop innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and admission to the New York Bar.
• 2‑5 years of experience handling corporate transactions.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to convey complex legal concepts concisely.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
