Corporate Trainer – Center Operations

About the role

The Trainer reports to the Training Manager and is responsible for designing, delivering and continuously improving training programs for all levels of Center Operations. The role combines virtual and classroom instruction, performance monitoring, and collaboration with multiple internal teams to ensure high‑quality learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver best‑in‑class training programs and workshops in both virtual and classroom settings.
• Identify training needs through job analysis and regular consultation with business leaders.
• Partner with the content development team to create and refine learning materials based on feedback and business requirements.
• Coordinate with the quality team to align training with compliance initiatives and monitor new‑hire call performance.
• Track trainee progress, provide feedback, and support performance development.
• Communicate with new‑hire supervisors regarding corrective actions and employee relations during the training period.
• Support vendor training partners and act as a change agent during rapid growth.
• Utilize adult learning techniques to maximize training effectiveness.
• Report on training program outcomes and conduct analysis for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering training programs.
