About the role

PwC is seeking a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to lead and deliver tax compliance and advisory services for its clients. In this senior position, you will act as a strategic advisor, guiding businesses through complex tax regulations while driving efficiency through digitisation and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage large‑scale corporate tax projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Provide tax planning, compliance, and strategy advice to senior client stakeholders.
• Review and analyse financial data, prepare and file tax returns, and mitigate compliance risks.
• Innovate and streamline tax processes using digital tools and automation.
• Coach and develop junior team members, fostering an inclusive and high‑performing environment.
• Maintain professional and technical standards, adhering to PwC’s code of conduct and independence requirements.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory, preferably within a professional services firm.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage client relationships at senior levels.
• Strong judgment, problem‑solving skills, and the capacity to navigate ambiguous situations.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting clear, holistic tax narratives.
