About the role

PwC is seeking a Corporate Tax Senior Associate to join its Corporate Tax Generalist – Industry Tax Practice team in Philadelphia. In this role you will combine deep tax expertise with technology‑enabled advisory, helping corporate clients navigate complex tax regulations while driving digitisation and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technology‑enabled tax advisory services, driving digitisation and automation for corporate clients.
• Analyse complex corporate tax issues, develop solutions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Prepare and file tax returns, review financial data and provide strategic tax planning advice.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering technical excellence and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding business context and delivering value‑added insights.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or a related field.
• Several years of experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory within a professional services environment.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities with a focus on delivering high‑quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude, comfortable navigating ambiguous situations and driving continuous improvement.
