Corporate Strategy Associate

About the role

The Corporate Strategy Associate works directly with senior leaders to shape and deliver key strategic initiatives across the firm. You will tackle complex business problems, support growth projects, and help drive innovation in financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Support initiatives such as growth strategy development, new market entry, product development, partnership evaluation, and inorganic investments.
• Apply structured problem‑solving and design‑thinking to address top strategic priorities.
• Gather, synthesize, analyze, and present data including financial modeling and valuation.
• Conduct competitor and industry research using public and non‑public sources.
• Develop strategic presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Monitor industry trends and share insights with senior executives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of problem‑solving experience in a top management consulting firm, investment banking division, or internal strategy group.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to work in cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders.
