Corporate Services Travel & Events Internship

About the role

Join Invesco’s Corporate Services team for a 9‑week summer internship focused on travel, meetings, and events. You will work side‑by‑side with experienced professionals, gaining hands‑on exposure to the processes and partnerships that support a global investment firm.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a strategic, technology‑focused initiative to improve experience, efficiency, and business outcomes for Corporate Services.
• Produce monthly North American events volume and spend reports for senior executives.
• Plan and execute on‑site employee events and engagements.
• Build and maintain Cvent registration sites, create templates, and generate reporting.
• Assist with sourcing venues and maintaining local vendor lists for each city.
• Create and update PowerPoint presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Support 2026 initiative projects around event technology, client experience, and scope of work.
• Help coordinate catering and conference‑center event workflows.

Required profile

• Current student with a strong interest in corporate services, travel, or event management.
• Motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
