Corporate Recruiter

About the role

MMR Group, a leading instrumentation and electrical construction firm, is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support its growing workforce across multiple sectors. The role focuses on full‑life‑cycle recruitment, event coordination, and partnership with internal teams to meet hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Attend and coordinate events and career fairs, handling logistics and organization.
• Manage full‑life‑cycle recruitment from outreach and interviews to onboarding.
• Develop and standardize job descriptions.
• Maintain ongoing communication with department leaders to stay updated on staffing requirements.
• Utilize an Applicant Tracking System to monitor recruiting workflows.
• Assist with event registration, invoice processing, and ordering recruiting materials.
• Travel to district offices, university events, and career fairs as required.
• Perform additional tasks aligned with overall business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Workforce Development, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and exercise sound judgment with minimal supervision.
• Strong project coordination, flexibility, and creativity.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Capacity to perform under time pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
