Corporate Recruiter

About the role

MMR Group, a leading construction and engineering contractor, is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support its growing workforce across multiple sectors. The role will manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities, coordinate career‑fair events and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and attend career fairs, university events and other recruiting activities.
• Conduct full‑life‑cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, follow‑up and onboarding.
• Create and maintain standardized job descriptions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to stay informed of hiring needs.
• Utilize the applicant tracking system to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows.
• Handle event registrations, invoicing and ordering of recruiting materials.
• Travel to district offices, university campuses and job fairs as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Workforce Development or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of recruiting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and to travel as needed.
