Corporate Performance Management System Administrator

About the role

Join 3M as a Corporate Performance Management System Administrator, supporting the OneStream financial performance platform for a global organization. You will work remotely, collaborating with finance and IT teams worldwide to ensure accurate, timely, and secure financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the OneStream platform, including metadata, configurations, workflows, and security settings.
• Support consolidation, close, reconciliation, planning, and reporting processes to guarantee data accuracy and system stability.
• Develop and maintain calculations, business rules, cube views, dashboards, and related analytics.
• Manage data integrations, loads, mappings, validations, and troubleshoot system issues affecting financial results.
• Maintain compliance by managing controls, conducting access reviews, and assisting with audit activities.
• Provide user support, documentation, and training to ensure effective system usage.

Required profile

• Associate degree or higher, completed before start date.
• At least one (1) year of hands‑on administration experience with OneStream or Oracle HFM.
• Experience in financial systems, enterprise performance management, or corporate finance technology is a plus.
• Background in accounting or finance preferred.

Required skills

• OneStream administration (metadata, security, business rules).
• Oracle HFM knowledge.
• Proficiency in C# and VB.NET for writing OneStream calculations and rules.
• SQL query writing and familiarity with relational tables.
• Experience building cube views, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
