Corporate Investigator – Enterprise Protection Program

About the role

The Corporate Investigator is an individual contributor who protects personnel, information and assets by investigating internal theft, fraud, vandalism and policy violations within a high‑tech corporate environment. Reporting to the GI Regional Manager – AMER, the role is on‑site with occasional travel.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze CCTV footage, access‑control logs and other data sources to identify behaviours, root causes and evidence.
• Organise, prioritise and manage a caseload of multiple investigations with overlapping deadlines.
• Collect, document and preserve evidence (video, images, documents, notes) within the case workflow.
• Conduct interviews of victims, witnesses and persons of interest using established techniques.
• Investigate external threats and internal incidents such as theft of assets or intellectual property.
• Use a structured investigative workflow and case‑management system to track progress, analyse trends and mitigate loss.
• Prepare clear written and verbal reports, including empathetic communication during stressful situations.
• Participate in training, mentor peers and contribute to case‑management metrics.

Required profile

• Experience conducting investigations in a corporate or security setting.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently while collaborating with regional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including empathetic engagement.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work on‑site.
