Corporate & I-Banking Debt Capital Markets Transaction Management Analyst

About the role

The Transaction Management Group (TMG) at Santander supports U.S.-focused fixed income capital markets deals for investment‑grade and Latin American issuers. As a Transaction Management Analyst, you will assist in all stages of DCM transactions, working closely with bankers, legal teams, compliance, and clients to ensure smooth execution.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate due‑diligence processes with DCM and industry bankers.
• Assist in obtaining internal approvals and ensure compliance with policy, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Draft internal committee materials and participate in internal committee meetings.
• Prepare offering documents, prospectuses, and roadshow presentations.
• Work with external and internal counsel to negotiate and review legal documentation.
• Coordinate settlement processes, verify operational readiness, and maintain closing files.
• Support periodic or ad‑hoc matters, including regulatory inquiries and internal audit responses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily and work in a fast‑paced environment.
