Corporate FP&A Analyst

About the role

The Corporate FP&A Analyst supports Greystar’s financial planning and analysis function, providing strategic insight to the executive team on enterprise‑wide planning, analysis, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the consolidated monthly management reporting package for the Executive Committee, including analysis of budget performance, key operating metrics, revenue, EBITDA, and business‑line results.
• Analyze monthly and quarterly financial performance, identify drivers and variances, investigate unexpected results, and communicate insights to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with line‑of‑business leaders to understand processes, objectives, and value drivers, and report on business performance.
• Assist in preparing the company’s consolidated annual business plans, quarterly re‑forecasts, and presentation materials for senior leadership.
• Work with accounting, finance, and business teams to collect, validate, and synthesize data for forecasts and management reporting.
• Analyze and communicate global operating and financial metrics such as AUM, EUM, and other key performance indicators.
• Maintain and improve financial models, reporting tools, and recurring analyses with focus on accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
• Own assigned analyses from request through completion, proactively identifying data issues and next steps.
