Corporate Fleet & Logistics Manager

About the role
Lewis Services is seeking a Corporate Fleet & Logistics Manager to lead its Fleet Services Department. You will work outdoors, collaborate with internal teams, and help shape the company’s transportation strategy while supporting safety and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise multiple direct reports within the Fleet Services Department.
- Build effective working relationships between Fleet Services and internal customers.
- Support the Fleet Director and Regional Fleet Supervisors as needed.
- Administer and manage the annual capital budget across all companies.
- Direct fleet specialists handling DOT compliance, vehicle titling, registration, toll violations, recall campaigns, and fleet management system administration.
- Oversee asset disposals, dielectric testing program, and GPS system administration, analysis, and invoicing.
- Monitor preventative maintenance programs and DOT roadside inspections.
- Compile data for audits, regulatory reviews, and management reporting.
- Manage transportation logistics and dispatch operations to improve scheduling, routing, and fleet utilization.
- Develop routing and logistics strategies that reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Evaluate and implement GPS, telematics, routing, and logistics management technologies.
- Ensure all transportation activities comply with DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Support emergency response planning and coordinate with operations managers and field personnel.
Required profile
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience in fleet or logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance documentation.
- Experience managing capital budgets and fleet asset lifecycles.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders and third‑party transportation providers.
- Track record of improving routing, scheduling, and fleet utilization.
