Corporate Financial Controller (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Financial Controller to lead accounting and finance operations for multiple international entities. Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will manage a small offshore accounting team while ensuring accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient processes in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full‑cycle accounting, including month‑end and year‑end close.
• Manage and mentor a small offshore accounting team.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages to support executive decision‑making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and local statutory requirements.
• Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls and finance processes.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams on treasury, payroll, tax, and HR initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Required profile

• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Experience managing full‑cycle accounting in a multi‑entity or international setting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to lead remote or offshore teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a process‑improvement mindset.
