Corporate Financial Controller

About the role

The company, a fast‑growing, private‑equity‑backed technology manufacturer, is looking for a Corporate Financial Controller to lead accounting operations across multiple international entities. This senior finance professional will partner closely with executive leadership to drive financial reporting, treasury, tax compliance, internal controls, and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all general accounting functions for several global entities.
• Oversee month‑end close and ensure accurate, timely financial statements.
• Manage annual external audits and ensure compliance with federal, state, and international tax laws, including VAT/sales tax.
• Direct treasury activities such as cash management, forecasting, and banking relationships.
• Supervise standard‑cost inventory accounting and related cost analyses.
• Analyze key financial metrics (sales, COGS, margins, SG&A) and provide insights to executive leadership.
• Maintain GL account reconciliations, oversee credit management, and support risk‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA required.
• 4+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in a private‑equity‑backed environment.
• Strong background in financial reporting, transaction accounting, and working‑capital management.
• Experience with CPAMfg cost accounting in a standard‑cost environment.
• International exposure and multi‑entity consolidation experience.
