Corporate Finance Manager

About the role

HavocAI is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to build and maintain the financial infrastructure that supports its rapid growth. This highly visible, hands‑on position works across FP&A, investor relations, corporate development, strategy, and business operations, partnering with leaders to shape financial plans and drive key decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, annual, and long‑range financial planning processes.
• Develop forecasts and financial models for revenue, expenses, cash flow, component costs, and capital structure.
• Analyze performance versus plan, identify variance drivers, and recommend actions.
• Provide financial guidance on commercial opportunities, strategic initiatives, and potential M&A activity.
• Prepare high‑quality analyses, presentations, and materials for executive audiences.
• Support and enhance HavocAI’s FP&A systems and reporting processes.

Required profile

• Strong finance and accounting fundamentals with sharp analytical thinking.
