Corporate Finance Internship – Summer 2027

About the role

Join PwC’s Advisory practice as a Corporate Finance Intern for the Summer 2027 term. You will work alongside experienced professionals delivering strategic financial advice, supporting mergers and acquisitions, and helping clients optimise capital structures.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to support mergers, acquisitions and other business transactions.
• Assist in developing acquisition strategies and building financial models to optimise capital structure.
• Prepare business valuations and discounted cash‑flow analyses.
• Support client onboarding, relationship management and address client needs.
• Help draft and negotiate contractual agreements and deal structures.
• Gather information, analyse financial trends and contribute to informed decision‑making.
• Utilise data rooms for secure storage and sharing of confidential due‑diligence information.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (typically in the 3rd or 4th year of study).
• Strong academic performance, preferably a cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher.
• Interest in economics, finance, investment banking, applied mathematics or related fields.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback and develop professionally.
