Corporate Events Manager

About the role

Join Konica Minolta as a Corporate Events Manager to design and deliver high‑impact experiences that inspire customers, partners and executives. Based in Ramsey, NJ, you will work in a hybrid schedule, collaborating with senior leadership to translate business goals into memorable events.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, planning and execution of sales incentive trips, executive retreats, customer appreciation events, advisory councils and VIP experiences.
• Partner with executive leadership, sales, marketing and product teams to align event concepts with business objectives and brand standards.
• Manage relationships with destination management companies, hospitality partners, venues, travel providers and experiential vendors.
• Oversee travel logistics, accommodations, transportation, dining, gifting, entertainment and on‑site coordination to ensure a white‑glove experience.
• Develop and control event budgets, negotiate contracts and measure success through feedback, engagement metrics and business outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering high‑impact corporate events, incentive trips or executive programs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management abilities with a focus on detail and quality.
