Corporate Controller (On‑Site) – Bilingual

About the role

The Bold Side, LLC is looking for a strategic, hands‑on Corporate Controller to lead its accounting and financial operations in Miami. This senior, executive‑level position will ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and provide financial leadership that drives growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day accounting and finance activities, including month‑end and year‑end close.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and all relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard assets.
• Direct the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend actions to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Prepare and present executive‑level financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Oversee cash‑flow management and coordinate the annual external audit.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting systems and reporting processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting and finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership of accounting teams.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting standards, internal controls and compliance.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• High attention to detail, integrity and professionalism.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work on‑site in Miami, Florida.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting/ERP systems.
