Corporate Controller – Multi-Entity Accounting Leader

About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Controller to lead accounting and financial reporting across a multi‑entity organization. Reporting to the CFO, you will oversee location‑level Controllers, manage the audit process, and ensure consistency in accounting policies and controls.

Key responsibilities

• Own consolidated GAAP financial statements and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Lead and standardize the monthly close process across all entities.
• Oversee external audits and act as the primary contact for auditors.
• Establish and enforce consistent accounting policies and internal controls.
• Supervise and develop plant/location Controllers.
• Strengthen internal controls and cash‑management processes.
• Partner with FP&A and cross‑functional teams to provide reporting insights.
• Evaluate and improve ERP systems and chart of accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA required (active preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience managing multi‑entity or multi‑location financials.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, consolidations, and intercompany accounting.
• Experience leading external audits and internal controls.
• Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
