Corporate Controller

About the role

The Corporate Controller is responsible for the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of the company's accounting operations and financial reporting. This senior finance leader partners with senior leadership and manufacturing teams to translate performance data into actionable financial insight and drive margin improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Develop and maintain strong financial reporting controls, including reconciliations, journal entries, accruals and reserves.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Partner with the CFO and executive team on strategic initiatives, budgeting, forecasting and capital planning.
• Support refinancing, capital raise transactions and lender/investor communications.
• Coordinate accounting and reporting across operating units and subsidiaries to ensure consistent practices.
• Oversee fixed‑asset accounting, capital asset tracking and depreciation policies.
• Provide financial leadership for manufacturing operations, including cost accounting, standard costing, variance analysis and inventory valuation.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in corporate accounting and financial reporting under U.S. GAAP.
• Proven ability to lead and develop accounting teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to translate operational data into financial insight.
• Hands‑on leadership style with a focus on continuous improvement of systems and controls.
