Corporate Controller & Head of Administration

About the role

Feel Good Foods is seeking a hands‑on, detail‑oriented Corporate Controller & Head of Administration to lead and continuously improve its accounting operations as the company scales. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will own the integrity of financial records, treasury, cost accounting, internal controls, tax and audit compliance, and overall corporate administration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all accounting functions including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Fixed Assets, Inventory Accounting and Financial Reporting.
• Ensure timely, accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Own and continuously improve the month‑end close process while maintaining strong internal controls.
• Develop scalable accounting policies and procedures to support rapid growth.
• Oversee inventory valuation, standard costing, manufacturing and co‑manufacturing accounting, landed costs, reserves and inventory controls.
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to enhance manufacturing reporting, SKU profitability and gross‑margin visibility.
• Provide accurate product costing and financial analysis to inform pricing and operational decisions.
• Lead treasury activities, including cash management and liquidity planning.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of FP&A to deliver reliable data for forecasting, budgeting and executive reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading full‑cycle accounting operations in a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and audit compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable processes, strengthen internal controls and develop high‑performing teams.
• Experience with manufacturing, inventory and cost accounting.
• Excellent analytical skills and a collaborative mindset for cross‑functional partnership.
