Corporate Controller – Finance Leader

About the role

The company, a fast‑growing tech services firm in Denver, is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead its finance organization. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, you will shape accounting operations, drive reporting excellence, and support strategic growth through organic expansion and acquisitions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across a multi‑entity structure.
• Oversee consolidations, intercompany accounting, eliminations, and financial reporting.
• Partner with finance leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals, fostering accuracy and continuous improvement.
• Support M&A accounting activities and post‑acquisition integration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably with Big 4 or public accounting background.
• Proven experience managing multi‑entity consolidations and intercompany accounting.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Experience with M&A accounting and integration is preferred.

What we offer

• Base salary $150‑180k per year, plus bonus and equity participation.
