Corporate Controller – Finance Leader

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established hospitality group that seeks a Corporate Controller to lead financial operations across multiple entities. This senior finance leader will report to senior leadership, manage a small finance team, and drive improvements in processes, systems, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee company‑wide and entity‑level P&L reporting, cash‑flow management, and tax planning.
• Lead weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reporting cycles.
• Manage payroll, payments, reconciliations and maintain robust financial controls.
• Develop and mentor the finance team to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.
• Improve accounting processes and transition to more efficient technology platforms.
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights for strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Corporate Controller, Controller or senior accounting leader.
• Strong background in restaurants, hospitality or other multi‑unit operational businesses.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and oversee multiple locations or entities.
• Hands‑on leader with excellent communication and business‑partnering skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Paycom or similar payroll/accounting systems.
