About the role
The Production Planning Coordinator supports the factory in packing supply coordination or inter‑plant deployment coordination for dry pet food and treats. The role ensures smooth order processing, inventory control, and communication with vendors, carriers, and other factories.
Key responsibilities
- Scan and release inter‑plant finished product orders based on planned production.
- Communicate hot‑list requirements with other departments.
- Review locally produced finished products and help distribute them to meet service goals.
- Update status of product orders with departments, factories, and customers.
- Run reports, perform data entry, and handle assigned clerical duties.
- Meet all quality and safety requirements while performing job duties.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 6 months of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, military, or a related environment.
