Coordinator, Partnership Development

About the role

The Coordinator, Partnership Development will support the Corporate Partnerships team in creating and visualising partnership opportunities that link partner brands with the Dallas Mavericks fan base. Working in a fast‑paced sports and entertainment environment, you will translate concept outlines into compelling pitch decks, graphics and other client‑facing materials.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing partnership platforms, including in‑game elements, digital features, retail promotions, community programs and special events.
• Create sales proposals, pitch decks, one‑sheets and recap materials using graphic‑design tools such as PowerPoint and DigiDeck.
• Develop custom visuals – logos, charts, infographics – that align partner goals with the Mavericks brand.
• Coordinate brainstorming sessions, maintain proposal trackers and sponsorship inventory reports.
• Conduct market, category, demographic and competitive research in collaboration with Business Intelligence.
• Support corporate hospitality initiatives, sponsored events and partnership broadcast operations (TV and radio).
• Provide general project support to Partnership Development, Corporate Partnership Sales and Marketing/Activation teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Marketing, Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in partnership marketing, activation, sales support or sports marketing.
• General understanding of partnership sales concepts, client management and partnership marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
