Coordinator of Recruitment, Outreach, and Summer Programs

About the role

The University of Arkansas seeks a dynamic Coordinator to lead recruitment, outreach, and summer program initiatives. This full‑time position supports the university’s mission to attract diverse talent, engage community partners, and deliver high‑impact summer experiences for students.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for undergraduate and graduate programs.
• Manage outreach activities, including campus events, high‑school visits, and partnership development.
• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate summer programs, ensuring alignment with academic goals and student needs.
• Collaborate with admissions, academic departments, and marketing teams to create cohesive messaging.
• Maintain accurate records in Workday and generate reports on recruitment metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in recruitment, outreach, or program coordination, preferably in higher education.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Workday or similar HRIS systems.
• Data analysis and reporting.
