About the role

The Health Learning Resource Center Coordinator supports the university’s mission to provide hands‑on health education experiences for a diverse student body. Reporting to the Center Director, the coordinator oversees daily operations, manages learning materials, and facilitates collaboration between faculty, students, and health professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and organize health‑related learning resources, including digital and print collections.
• Coordinate workshops, seminars, and experiential learning activities for students and faculty.
• Maintain the Center’s schedule, booking rooms and equipment for health education events.
• Provide reference and research assistance to students, staff, and community partners.
• Track usage statistics and prepare reports to inform program development.
• Ensure compliance with university policies, health regulations, and data‑privacy standards.

Required profile

• Current or former employee of the University of Arkansas System is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in health education, library services, or resource coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, faculty, and external partners.
