Coordinator, Events & Partnerships

About the role

Real Chemistry is looking for an entry‑level Coordinator to support the planning and execution of live, virtual and hybrid events, as well as partnership and sponsorship programs. Reporting to the Associate Director, you will help ensure seamless logistics, stakeholder communication and post‑event follow‑up in a fast‑moving healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering US‑based events, webinars, panels and conference activations, handling schedules, registration, venue and vendor details.
• Coordinate logistics such as speaker materials, signage, shipping, on‑site support and real‑time troubleshooting.
• Track partnership and sponsorship deliverables, manage contracts, invoices and asset approvals to meet brand standards.
• Maintain event calendars, project trackers, budgets and post‑event performance reports, compiling attendance and lead‑generation data.

Required profile

• Highly organized, dependable and able to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with internal and external partners.
• Proactive attitude, comfortable asking questions, surfacing issues and learning new tools.
• Willingness to travel and work occasional early mornings, evenings or weekends as event schedules demand.
