Coordinator, CRM & Lifecycle Production

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Coordinator for its CRM and Lifecycle Marketing team in San Francisco. The role will drive the production and execution of multi‑channel direct‑marketing campaigns across email, mobile app push notifications and SMS, ensuring high‑quality customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Manager in planning, executing and optimizing email, app and SMS programs.
• Set up, quality‑check and launch campaigns, including audience definition, content configuration and scheduling.
• Resize and adapt creative assets for different channel templates and device types.
• Collaborate with creative, product, data‑science and vendor partners to deliver personalized, data‑driven experiences.
• Maintain accurate campaign documentation, production timelines and brand compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and technology partners.
• Contribute to weekly performance reporting, summarize insights and present recommendations.
• Conduct competitive research and support the testing roadmap.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in B2C marketing, CRM or digital production.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
