About the role

Join Sagora’s culinary team at Dogwood Trails Assisted Living & Memory Care, where you will prepare high‑quality meals for residents in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. This role focuses on delivering delicious, nutritious dishes that exceed resident expectations while supporting a culture that puts residents first.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare à la carte menu items following established recipes and presentation standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, food storage, and work areas.
• Assist in training new and existing culinary team members.
• Serve meals to residents promptly and in a courteous, friendly manner.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in a commercial kitchen (preferred).
• ServSafe certification and a valid Food Handler’s permit.
• Ability to prepare specialized dishes for specific dietary needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with residents, families, and staff.
